By using Loopaweb ("the platform") you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to them.
The service
Loopaweb is a platform for managing social media accounts: connecting them, creating and publishing content, activating it, replying to the audience, and measuring and improving results, manually and with AI assistance.
Your account
- You are responsible for accurate details, for keeping your password secret, and for everything that happens in your account.
- One email address is for one account.
- Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.
Connected accounts
You connect your accounts by approving them on the social platforms' official pages, and you comply with those platforms' terms and policies. We do not control the social platforms and are not responsible for changes to their services or limits.
Your content
- You own your content and are responsible for it.
- You grant us a limited license to store, process and publish your content to your accounts, only as needed to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for:
- Spam, artificial engagement or impersonation.
- Publishing content that breaks the law or the social platforms' policies.
- Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform, or to access other people's data.
AI
The assistant suggests plans, texts and content, and nothing runs without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve before it is published.
Plans and pricing
Plans and prices are announced at launch, and nothing is charged without your prior approval.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available, and it may pause for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may develop the service and change its features.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for the results of the publishing decisions you make, or for what the social platforms do with your accounts.
Termination
You may leave the platform at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms after notifying it, except for serious violations.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top, and we notify you of material changes.
